Course Duration & Eligibility

Duration: Approximately 265 hours, typically spread over 30 days.
Eligibility: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree holders in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Petrochemical, or Marine Engineering.

Nozzle Creation and Orientation
Custom Equipment using Templates

3. Piping Design

Pipe Routing in 3D Space
Pipe Specification and Catalogs
Inserting Valves, Flanges, Gaskets, Bends
Branching, Tees, Reducers, Olets
Using ‘Route Pipe’ and ‘Modify Route’
Creating Supports (Standard & Custom)
Intelligent Connections and Clash-Free Routing

4. Structural Modelling

Structural Hierarchy: SITE, ZONE, STRU
Steel Sections – I-Beam, Channels, Angles (ISMB, ISMC, etc.)
Column, Beam, and Bracing Placement
Plate Modelling, Stiffeners, Cutouts
Base Plates, Gussets, Cleats
